A limited number of 500 sets will be available for pre-sale on the official online store starting February 10. The price is 3,132 yen (tax included, shipping not included) until February 16. Hanasaku Pancake Set

This is a new series from the Ishiya Group, the makers of Shiroi Koibito, a well-known Hokkaido souvenir. It is a kit that allows you to make handmade snacks for children using ingredients produced in Hokkaido. The kit will be delivered with recipes enclosed with the ingredients, as well as an easy-to-understand cooking video.


The first product is the "Ishiya Pancake Strawberry," a popular menu item at Ishiya Nihonbashi, a café in the Ishiya Group. The set includes pancake mix and strawberry jam from NORTH FARM STOCK, a food manufacturer in Hokkaido, and cream cheese from Yotsuba Dairy, also in Hokkaido. The set contents are listed below.
