Fujiya will release four new cakes on June 12th. "Hydrangea Milky Mont Blanc" and "Ramune Jelly on the South Island".
■ Hydrangea Milky Mont Blanc
Montblanc has a sweet and sour taste, just like a hydrangea. Snow salt milky cream, purple potato paste, and purple potato cream are squeezed into a sponge containing light type milky custard cream. The price is 420 yen (tax included, same below).
■ Ramune jelly on the southern island
A colorful jelly with star-shaped nata de coco on syrup-pickled koyuzu, pineapple, and cherry. Panna cotta is layered with ramune jelly and transparent jelly to decorate the milk mousse. The price is 390 yen.
■ Shuwashuwa Cream Soda
A cream soda-like jelly with lemon sauce and melon-flavored jelly layered on squash jelly, decorated with chantelli cream, milk mousse, and syrup-pickled cherries. You can enjoy the chewy texture when mixed. The price is 390 yen.
■ Hojicha milky cream roll
A Japanese-Western eclectic sweet with a crispy texture and whipped cream with brown rice as an accent. Hojicha cream and milky cream are wrapped in a roll dough flavored with roasted green tea. The price is 390 yen.
