Fluffy pancakes with fresh cream

Hot cake mix 160g (5.64oz)
Fresh cream 100ml (3.38us fl oz)
30 ml of water
1 egg
How to make
Combine the cream, water and eggs in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
Add the pancake mix and mix gently with a spatula.
When the dough is uniform, bake it in a frying pan over low heat.
As with regular pancakes, turn it over when the surface becomes fluffy.
After turning it over, cover it and it will be completed in about 1 minute.
