"Strawberry Hotcakes - with Strawberry Whip & Fluffy Mousse" is a traditional hotcake, the Coffee House's signature menu item, baked on a special copper plate and topped with fluffy mousse containing egg and mascarpone, in-store strawberry whip, strawberry sauce, and fresh strawberry sauce. Strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries are combined to create a pancake full of strawberries. Priced at 900 yen for two (including tax, the same below) or 760 yen per piece.

ousse - "Strawberry Frosty - with fluffy mousse" is a frozen drink based on strawberry sauce and vanilla ice cream, combined with fluffy mousse, fleshy sweet and sour strawberry sauce, and topped with fresh strawberries. Strawberry

Symphony "Strawberry Symphony" is a spring-like parfait consisting of fluffy mousse, strawberry sauce, vanilla ice cream, brown rice flakes, original strawberry whipped cream, and fresh strawberries as a topping. Priced at 890 yen.
