At each Dom Dom hamburger store, a new joke-like "whole !! Crab burger" (900 yen plus tax) was released on October 1st. A hamburger with a whole "soft shell crab", a crab with a soft shell that has just been molted.
I was curious about it for a limited time, so I went to eat!
A soft-shell crab where cheese and onions are layered on lettuce, and it sits on top of it. Speaking of soft shell crab, it is often used for Southeast Asian cooking. In addition, this crab burger and the ethnic "sweet chili sauce" are combined with the seasoning.

I have a flag with scissors! It looks pretty impactful, but when you try it, it's delicious! Inside the crispy and fragrant batter is a crispy soft shell. If you break through this, you will find plenty of fluffy crab meat!
Made with sweet chili sauce, the outside is spicy and spicy, but the inside has a firm crab flavor. Occasionally, "crab miso" touches the tongue, giving it a creamy richness and bittersweet accent.
