Here is a recipe for an easy to make adult cream cheese dessert that goes well with wine or coffee. All you have to do is mix all the ingredients and chill, so you don't have to be a good cook to make it. And it's delicious...!

200g (7.05oz) cream cheese
50g (1.76oz) mixed nuts (any kind you like)
50g (1.76oz) dried fruits (small ones)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of rum (optional)
All of these can be found in supermarkets.
To make
Roughly chop the mixed nuts and mix in the dried fruit, salt and rum to taste.

Add the cream cheese to the mixture and knead it all together using the back of a spoon.
Once the nuts and fruits are evenly mixed, place them on a stick on a piece of plastic wrap and roll it up. It is easy to use a sushi roll.

After rolling, chill in the refrigerator to finish! When eating, cut the rolls into appropriate sizes. You can also put it on crackers.
It will be easier to cut if you cool it down properly.
