"Lemon cheese rolls" are sold seasonally from the Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory. The price is 1,600 yen (excluding tax). The sale period is until the end of August. It will end as soon as it runs out.
This is a roll cake made by mixing carefully selected milk and cheese with lemon. Couverture chocolate is blended with several types of lemon, and it wraps a mildly sour lemon cream finished with honey and a mellow cheese cream with two types of cream cheese added.
Pistachios are studded in the finish. The refreshing lemon enhances the deliciousness of milk and cheese.
