The appeal of Red Hot Chicken is its authentic spiciness and the crunchy texture of the batter. The authentic spiciness is achieved by adding red pepper, white pepper, and habanero.

The crispy texture of the batter, which becomes addictive the moment you take a bite, is made with a special recipe developed by KFC. This patented batter is the only one of its kind in the world.

Following last year and the year before last, KFC has introduced a "hot sauce" again this year. The hot sauce is available in a variety of levels from "1 spicy" to a maximum of "5 spicy" for an even more stimulating and spicy experience.
