In the first installment, we sell shakes using "Kishu Nankoume" from Wakayama prefecture in the Kinki area and "Nijisseiki pear" from Tottori prefecture in the Chugoku area. It was well received all over the country, and the response was such that it sold out earlier than the sales period.

"Le Lectier" started in 1905 when a farmer in Niigata City, Mr. Sokichi Koike, ordered seedlings from Orleans, France. It has been cultivated for over 100 years and is loved as a special product of Niigata. A pear with a mellow scent, high sugar content, and a melting texture. It is also called "phantom pear" or "lady of pear" because it is difficult to cultivate and the amount of production is limited.
