Nogami "Kuroyama Nogami (regular) mayonnaise made just for Nogami" and "Kuroyama Nogami" special morning course

Nogami is pleased to introduce "Kuroyama Nogami's (regular) mayonnaise made just for Nogami". This product is supervised by Chef Shusaku Toba, who has signed an official ambassador contract. A "Kuroyama-Nogami Special Morning Course" will also be available at Chef Toba's restaurant, Hotel's.

Kuroyama Nogami's "Normal Mayonnaise" will be available in limited quantities at Nogami and Nogami Hanare stores from October 1, 2012. The price is 1,296 yen per bottle (tax included, same below).

The flavor balance has been adjusted for the Kuroyama-Nogami bread. It is reported that the sweetness of the mayonnaise has been reduced compared to the conventional mayonnaise in order to bring out the savory and delicate sweetness that is characteristic of Kuroyama-no-gami.

The mayonnaise coating keeps the bread moist and glutinous, and the aroma of the okoge is enveloped in the clear mayonnaise, creating a taste that will keep you coming back for more.

Kuroyama Noogami Special Morning Course

Reservations for the "Kuroyama-Nogami" Special Morning Course will be accepted from September 22 and will be available only on October 8 and 9. The price is 3,000 yen.

The course includes an egg sandwich, gratin, and other dishes made with Kuroyama-no-Nogami and a (regular) mayonnaise made exclusively for Kuroyama-no-Nogami. The egg sandwiches can be enjoyed on their own or dipped into the gratin. Details are as follows. The menu is subject to change depending on availability on the day of the event.
