A refreshing arrangement of "Coffee Sparkling" made by mixing coffee brewed by the double flannel drip method (*) with carbonated water, and Sicilian olives and olive oil, perfect for summer. For the base double flannel drip coffee, we used shallow roasted beans from Colombia.

The coffee's bright acidic flavor, like papaya and pear, enhances the gorgeous aroma of the olive oil. In addition, sugar cane syrup is used in the taste design to provide a gentle sweetness. It is also topped with naturally sweet olives from Sicily and vanilla ice cream.

* Double Nerd Drip Method
The coffee is brewed once using the "Nerd Drip Method" and then filtered and brewed again using new coffee powder. During the second filtering and extraction, the coffee powder particles also act as a filter, absorbing any excess flavor from the coffee solution. The resulting rich nerd drip coffee has a clear flavor, even when milk is added.
