Party Gyoza (with Baby Star Ramen

)

"Party Gyoza (with Baby Star Ramen)" is a new type of food that combines Mimatsu Foods' long-time favorite "Baby Star Ramen" and gyoza. Baby Star Ramen is kneaded directly into the dumpling filling, and the moment you bite into the dumpling, Baby Star Ramen appears inside. The dumplings were developed with a flavor that appeals to a wide range of people, from children to adults.

They are ideal for entertaining at parties and as snacks. They are also delicious deep-fried and can be enjoyed as a snack.

Development Department Comment

When I heard about the collaboration with Baby Star Ramen, the first thing that came to mind was "monjayaki. Monjayaki" has been around since I was a child, and it has always been a staple to have Baby Star Ramen in it. In a sense, "monjayaki" and "Baby Star Ramen" were a collaboration.

Monjayaki" is most commonly known in Tsukishima, Tokyo, but in fact, Gunma Prefecture, where Mimatsu Foods is located, is also a hidden monjayaki powerhouse. Ever since I was a child, monjayaki always contained Baby Star Ramen.

Prior to the development of this collaborative product, I imagined monjayaki as a gyoza filling. Chopped cabbage, Baby Star and sauce are all that is needed to make monjayaki. After much trial and error, we have finally completed a party gyoza (with Baby Star Ramen) that is very similar to monjayaki. We hope you will try it.
