Shrimp

Cocktail "Shrimp Cocktail" is made with sweet shrimp caught in the waters around Greenland. It is topped with Saizeriya dressing.

It is a simple dish combining wakame seaweed, small shrimps, and Saizeriya dressing, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were more small shrimps than I expected! The dressing is also generously spread on top. Both the wakame seaweed and the shrimp are salty, and when combined with the dressing, the overall flavor may be a bit strong. It seems to go well with wine or other alcoholic beverages!


Since the only ingredients are wakame seaweed and small shrimps, it is just the right amount for a quick snack. There are no vegetables in it, but fans of "small shrimp salad" will surely like it! It also looks like a great way to enjoy a bit of luxury by topping the salad.


Since a glass of wine is 100 yen per glass, even if you order it together with a light drink, the 280 yen plus 100 yen is less than one coin! It is too cheap. ...... Saise fans should check it out!
