Yayoiken "Miyazaki cold soup and chicken nanban set meal

will offer the "Miyazaki Hiyajiru and Torinanban" set meal, which combines hiyajiru, a local dish of Miyazaki Prefecture, and Torinanban. It will go on sale on June 13. The price is 960 yen, 180 yen for the change, and 280 yen for the single item (all tax included).

Yayoiken Miyazaki Re

ijiru "Reijiru," a local dish filled with the wisdom of Miyazaki, a southern prefecture, is a cold miso soup with tofu, cucumber, and ice. The cold, refreshing soup is served with rice and fatty grilled mackerel, making it easy to eat and filling even on hot, humid days.

Yayoiken's cold soup is made with a blend of two types of miso that have been aged for different periods of time, giving it a rich and umami flavor. It can be enjoyed on its own or with a small bowl of grilled mackerel and rice in the cold soup, a delicious Miyazaki-style meal.

The "Tori Nanban" is also available for a more Miyazaki-style experience. The juicy chicken thigh is crispy fried and topped with sweet vinegar and tartar sauce.

The miso soup of other set meals can be changed to cold soup for an additional 180 yen, or ordered as an individual item.
