The history of

Cafe COMSA has created a gorgeous peach blossom-inspired cake to wish for good health and the healthy growth of children. It is decorated with an abundance of colorful fruits with chocolate accents.
This Hinamatsuri cake combines strawberries, mangoes, and kiwis with strawberry cream, and is decorated with chocolate reminiscent of peach blossoms. The base is custard cream.
Cakes sold in stores: 1,000 yen per piece.
Cakes available only by reservation: 12cm diameter (for 2-3 persons): 3,800 yen, 15cm diameter (for 4-5 persons): 5,700 yen, 23cm diameter (for 10-12 persons): 12,000 yen.
