" Cafe COMSA will sell "Hinamatsuri Limited Edition Cake -Colored Fruits and Strawberry Cream Cake-" from Saturday, February 25 to Friday, March 3, in time for the Doll's Festival on March 3. The "Doll's Festival Limited Edition Cake - Colored Fruit and Strawberry Cream Cake -" will be on sale at Cafe COMSA from February 25 (Sat) to March 3 (Fri). The cake is available in stores and by reservation only.

The history of

Hinamatsuri

dates back to the mid-Heian period (about 1,000 years ago), when the festival was held on the first day of the snake in March to pray for good health. The festival was held on the first day of the snake at the beginning of March.

Cafe COMSA has created a gorgeous peach blossom-inspired cake to wish for good health and the healthy growth of children. It is decorated with an abundance of colorful fruits with chocolate accents.

This Hinamatsuri cake combines strawberries, mangoes, and kiwis with strawberry cream, and is decorated with chocolate reminiscent of peach blossoms. The base is custard cream.
