Ginza Cozy Corner's fresh cakes stores and "online reservation (limited stores)" will start accepting reservations for limited edition Hinamatsuri cakes from January 28.

In-store reservations will be accepted from January 28 (the last day for reservations will vary depending on the store). Online reservations will be accepted from 10:00 a.m. on January 28 until February 20. The delivery period will be on March 2nd and 3rd. As a bonus for pre-ordering and purchasing, you will receive an original mask case.


The lineup is as follows.

Hina Party (9 pieces)

An assortment of spring-colored petit cakes that remind you of the coming of spring, centering on the "Odairi-sama" mango cream and banana cream tart and the "Ohinasama" raspberry cream and strawberry cream tart. These cakes will make your peach festival celebrations gorgeous and lovely. Priced at 2,500 yen (tax not included, same as below), available for pre-sale on February 26 until March 3.

Hina Ougi SS

In honor of the peach festival, yellow peaches are sandwiched between layers of green tea sponge and strawberry flavored sponge to create a "hina color" that wishes for the healthy growth of the child. The cake is decorated with strawberries and cute sugar confections of the Odairi-sama and Ohinasama, making it a lucky fan-shaped decorated cake. Priced at 2,000 yen, it goes on sale first on February 26 and will be available until March 3.

Hina Ogi

Matcha sponge, strawberry flavored sponge, and cream are layered to create a "hina color" that wishes for the healthy growth of children. S size: 2,900 yen, M size: 3,400 yen. Available on March 2 and March 3.

Hina Short

In honor of the peach festival, a soft sponge sandwiches cream with yellow peaches, two colors of cream, and strawberries to create a gorgeous decorated cake perfect for celebrations. The mellow cream and the freshness of the yellow peaches and strawberries blend perfectly. 2,800 yen for size 4, 3,200 yen for size 5. Available on March 2 and March 3.

Hina Choco Deco (No.5)

Soft cocoa sponge sandwiches chocolate cream with chocolate chips. It has a gentle taste with mild chocolate cream. Decorated with strawberries and cute sugar confections of Odairi-sama and Ohinasama. This decorated cake is recommended for celebrating children who love chocolate. The price is 3,200 yen. Available on March 2 and March 3.

Odairi-sama and Ohinasama

Odairi-sama" decorated with strawberries and cream, and "Ohinasama" decorated with strawberries and strawberry cream. A set of two good friends. This is a petit decorated cake with a slightly sweet strawberry cream sandwiched between fluffy sponges. It will make a lovely addition to your celebration table. Not available for online reservations. Not eligible for reservation privileges. Price: 1,200 yen. Available on March 2 and March 3.
