Shateraise's Premium Brand Yatsudoki Valentine's Day Sweets

Shateraise's premium brand YATSUDOKI will offer Valentine's Day sweets made with couverture chocolate and carefully selected ingredients for a limited time starting January 27 (Fri.).

Chocolat de Rectangle

: An exquisite chocolate cake to share with the one you love. Cocoa sponge soaked in bittersweet coffee syrup and black cocoa sponge sandwich smooth milk chocolate cream made with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido. It is coated with a bitter chocolate glaze made with authentic Belgian couverture chocolate.

Tonka Bean-Scented Mousse au Chocolat

A chocolate cake with the aroma of self-roasted tonka beans (a spice with a sweet and elegant aroma like vanilla with cherry leaves and peach blossoms). Cocoa sponge soaked in tonka bean-flavored syrup is layered with a rich tonka bean-flavored chocolate mousse made with 66% cocoa couverture chocolate, and finished with a squeeze of milk-flavored Hokkaido pure fresh cream.

Chocolat cremontine

: A cake for adults with a fresh orange flavor and the richness of couverture chocolate. Rich chocolate cream made with Yatsugatake Kogen milk and 40% cacao milk chocolate is covered with orange confiture and orange-flavored ganache, and the surface is covered with a glossy glaze. Topped with hazelnuts and roasted almonds for a textural accent.
