Ishiya Shoji's Ansan-buru An

kotte and Pie Ansan-buru will be on sale for a limited time at the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi "Hokkaido Exhibition Part 2" from January 18 to January 22. The five-piece set is priced at 1,080 yen (tax included, same as below).


Ansan-buru "Anko-Pie Ansan-buru" is a limited edition product of the Hokkaido Product Exhibition, consisting of fresh and refreshingly sweet Koshi-an (sweet red bean paste) and mochi (mochi-like filling) sandwiched in a crispy baked pie. The bean paste is made from azuki beans grown in Tokachi, Hokkaido.

The gorgeous packaging with a cloisonne pattern is also attractive. Enjoy the taste of Japanese and Western delicacies. After the Hokkaido exhibition at the Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi main store is over, the products will be sold at Hokkaido product exhibitions nationwide as needed.

A café menu will also be available from January 18.

ISHIYA Plate (omelette)
This plate allows you to enjoy the popular Shiroi Koibito soft serve ice cream, which combines raw Hokkaido milk and "Shiroi Koibito" chocolate, and an omelette made in collaboration with Snuffles, a Hakodate confectionery, all at once. The price is 1,100 yen.
