De la Chocolat GINZA is a specialty chocolate baumkuchen made with Nenrinke's signature chocolat balm, poured with a thick layer of sweet chocolate from Belgium, the chocolate capital of the world. The dough is made from Mount Baum Brownie, which Nenrinke bakes only in winter. It is made with century-old cocoa from Ferklein Switzerland, which has been handed down for a century, and cacao mass, the essence of chocolate, and baked slowly for a long time.
