Three sweets using Hokkaido pumpkin will be available at Ginza Cosy Corner's fresh cake stores from September 16. The lineup includes "Hokkaido Pumpkin Tart," "Jumbo Cream Puff (Hokkaido pumpkin)," and "Hokkaido Ebisu Pumpkin Cheese Souffle.

Hokkaido Pumpkin Tart

A seasonal tart featuring the savory sweetness and flaky texture of Hokkaido kabocha (kuriyutaka). The pumpkin dough with a hint of cinnamon is layered with whipped cream and topped with caramel sauce. The price is 453 yen (tax included).

Jumbo Cream Puff (Hokkaido Pumpkin)

This seasonal jumbo cream puff uses Hokkaido kabocha "Kuri Yutaka". The rich sweetness of Kuri Yutaka is used to fill the puff pastry with kabocha custard. The combination of the kabocha custard and puff pastry is very appealing. The price is 162 yen.

Hokkaido Ebisu Pumpkin Cheese Souffle

A seasonal cheese soufflé with the added flavor of Hokkaido's "Ebisu Kabocha". The gentle sweetness of Ebisu pumpkin spreads through the soufflé with its unique soft and chewy texture. The price is 680 yen.

There are no fresh cake stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures.
