This pavlova can be enjoyed Mont Blanc style, with single origin milk ice cream from the craft ice cream brand "HiO ICE CREAM" and a squeeze of rich marron cream that brings out the flavor of chestnuts. Crispy meringue baked at low temperature with cinnamon and anise added for a rich sweet and spicy aroma, and a gorgeous pink grapefruit sauce is hidden as an accent. The flavor changes with each bite.

At the Roppongi Café and Kobe Hankyu Café, the "Holiday Pavlova Sundae Mont Blanc" will be available in a sundae style.

A limited holiday flavor of the pie menu supervised by Soejima Mou. The Pumpkin Maple Meat Pie has a filling of pumpkin, maple, marinated sage, and pulled pork, and is said to be a pie that can easily be enjoyed as a light meal.

The Honey Vanilla Apple Pie is the perfect size for after dinner and is baked with a layer of almond cream and apples. The pies are all handmade in the company's own kitchen, and are heated in the oven one by one just before being served at the café, so that they are hot and crispy to the touch.
