Colomban will be offering a limited edition of fall sweets: "Opera," "Montelimar," "Pumpkin Mont Blanc," and "Mocha Roll," which will be available from August 26 to September 29.

Opera

Opera" is a rich cake consisting of layers of coffee buttercream with caramel sauce and whiskey added for richness and sharpness, ganache made with mildly sweet 56% cocoa chocolate, and dough soaked in bittersweet coffee syrup. It is said to go well with slightly strong coffee or tea. The price is 648 yen (tax included, same as below).

Montelimar

Montelimar" is a honey-flavored mousse filled with dried fruits and nuts, raspberry jelly, pistachio mousseline, and sponge dough. The sourness of the raspberry, the fragrance of the nuts, and the sweet and sour taste of the dried fruits are combined with the mousse to spread comfortably in the mouth. The price is 648 yen.

Pumpkin Mont Blanc

Kabocha Mont Blanc is made with Hokkaido Ebisu pumpkin cream and whipped cream. The cake is filled with pumpkin custard cream and is said to offer the gentle sweetness of pumpkin. It is said to be a dish you will want to eat on a long autumn night. The price is 648 yen.

Mocha Roll

The "Mocha Roll" is made with coffee-infused butter cream rolled up in a soft and moist dough, and pie crumbs are placed around the cake. Simple and flavorful, it is considered a long-seller by Colomban. It is approximately 12 cm long and retails for 1,296 yen.
