Gohan Pizza" is a pizza originally developed by Pizza Hut Japan using 100% Japanese rice dough instead of the usual pizza dough made of wheat flour. Ingredients carefully selected for their compatibility with the rice dough are combined with rich Gouda cheese and special sauce, and slowly baked in a pizza oven. The "Japanese pizza" has a subtle aroma of soy sauce, the surface of the rice dough is browned and the inside is fluffy, and the flavors of the rich cheese and ingredients are intertwined with each other.
