Brown Sugar Torayaki
The renewed "Brown Sugar Torayaki" is made with mineral-rich brown sugar from Okinawa and wasanbon molasses from Kagawa, baked into a tiger pattern, and covered with red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans cooked with famous Hakushu water. The tiger patterned dough is made by laying a sheet of paper on a griddle and pouring the dough over it. The dough is not baked directly on the griddle, which gives it a soft texture. The calorie count is 182 kcal per piece.
