Pasco "Gapao Bread"

Shikishima Baking (Pasco) will release "Gapao Bread", a collaboration product with marukome "Daiselabo", on June 1. The product will go on sale in the Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, and Shikoku regions. The price is open.

Gapao Bread" is an Asian-style bread with an Asian flavor, inspired by the taste of "Stir-fried Gapao", a classic Thai dish with basil, and is wrapped with a gapao filling made with minced soybean meat from marukome's "Daiselabo "*, topped with egg salad, and baked. The eggs are "Gapao". Eggs are a standard topping for stir-fried gapao, and the combination of the gapao filling and egg salad makes for an excellent and satisfying meal. Soy Meat" is a soy product.

The "&Green" logo on the back of the package conveys Pasco's commitment to reducing environmental impact. The product uses soy meat instead of meat. In addition, a portion of the packaging film is made from plant-derived materials.

The series is based on the concept of "making healthy more delicious" to address the nutritional challenges faced by people today with "soy meat," which is high in protein, low in fat, and contains dietary fiber not found in meat.
