Kesshutsu Zetsumei Sauce Fried Rice

Osaka Ousho "Absolutely Fierce Sauce Fried Rice

According to Osaka Ohsho, people in Osaka have long been familiar with sauces, and while okonomiyaki and takoyaki are still served today, the style of eating fried rice with Worcestershire sauce has been disappearing over the years. This time, it is being treated as "Osaka's endangered food" in order to give people a new taste of the nostalgic yet somehow addictive flavor.

The sweetness of the onions cut into large pieces, the sourness of the sauce, and the flavor of garlic make this fried rice with the aroma of Worcestershire sauce very appetizing. Toppings include naruto, red sausage, green peas, plump prawns, and other ingredients.

In principle, it is sold at all Osaka Ousho restaurants in Japan, except for some stores. Please contact the nearest store directly to find out if it is available.
