Osaka Ohsho will be offering "Absolute Fate Sauce Fried Rice" as a limited time menu item. It will be available from April 28 to June 12 as an "Osaka endangered food" that has been popular in Osaka for a long time but is becoming less and less common every year. The price is 730 yen (tax included, same below), and a gyoza set is also available, which can be ordered for 970 yen in western Japan and 990 yen in eastern Japan.

Kesshutsu Zetsumei Sauce Fried Rice

According to Osaka Ohsho, people in Osaka have long been familiar with sauces, and while okonomiyaki and takoyaki are still served today, the style of eating fried rice with Worcestershire sauce has been disappearing over the years. This time, it is being treated as "Osaka's endangered food" in order to give people a new taste of the nostalgic yet somehow addictive flavor.

The sweetness of the onions cut into large pieces, the sourness of the sauce, and the flavor of garlic make this fried rice with the aroma of Worcestershire sauce very appetizing. Toppings include naruto, red sausage, green peas, plump prawns, and other ingredients.
