A new menu "Grilled Cream Fried Rice" will be on sale from February 15th at each Osaka Osho store (excluding some stores). The price is 650 yen (tax included). Limited time until March 31st.

This is a commercialized work that won the "Grand Prix" in the menu contest "Osaka Ohsho Menu Meister Grand Prix 2018" for employees of Osaka Ohsho nationwide. Thick cream sauce is layered on fragrant fried rice, and it is made into a doria style with small shrimp and black pepper. The fragrant "broiled cheese" is the decisive factor.

The exhibitor was Mr. Chen Yangichi from the Osaka Osho Sunnyside Mall Kokura store. It seems that fried rice was arranged so that young women and children can eat "Doria", which is familiar at family restaurants, even in Chinese food.
