The "Marutto Shiawase Momo Baum" is a light and easy-to-eat product that combines the fluffy baumkuchen dough with peach fruit yokan (yokan), which is made with white peaches to give it a strong flavor.

It took more than a year from the conception to the commercialization of this product, after repeated trial and error, in the hope that many people would enjoy the taste of local Aichi white peaches in the form of a confectionary. The taste of "Peach Fruit Yokan" is created by processing puree of fresh ripe white peaches produced locally in Aichi Prefecture, and the baumkuchen dough is made into a fluffy dough by carefully whipping the dough. In order to achieve an appearance close to that of real peaches, many prototypes were repeated to adjust the color and shape of the peaches.
