According to Ehime Beverage, Ehime Prefecture produces 60% of the national harvest of Setaka. Ehime's senkos, characterized by their rich aroma and gorgeous flavor, are used to make a jelly beverage that is soft and smooth on the tongue. It contains less than 10% fruit juice and 53 kcal per 100 g of calories.
