This is the March-only flavor of "Gateau Nante Classic," which is sold in limited quantities every month at the official online store.

According to Biscuiteurier Bretonne, Gateau Nante Classic is a local confection that has been handed down since the 18th century in Nantes, a port town located in the southeast of the Brittany Peninsula. It is said to have a simple yet profound taste.

This time, sweet and sour cranberries are combined with a dough that spreads the flavor of fermented butter and almonds, and finished with fondant that smells of cherry blossoms, creating a gorgeous and mellow flavor with a slight smell of rum. It weighs about 200 grams, and the box size is about 14.5 x 14.5 x 5.0 cm.

The plain type of Gateau Nante Classic will not be available during the month of March.
