Using the baking technology we have cultivated over the years, we have preserved the rich aroma of chocolate while adding the savory flavor created by baking. The aroma of chocolate and the unique savory taste of baked goods are in harmony.

A blend of two types of Belgian chocolate with different cocoa content (56% and 70%).
