Butter's Cousin White Chocolate

Chow's "buttered cousin, white chocolate."

This series was jointly developed by Chow's and Morino Ranch to enhance the value of fat-free milk produced when making butter from milk. It is made based on the French regional pastry gaufrettes, with a soft and fluffy dough that smells of butter and is filled with fat-free milk jam.

This time, Guatemalan cacao beans cultivated under the agroforestry method are used as the raw material, and the cacao butter produced in the process of making cacao powder is utilized. The cocoa butter, which is usually deodorized before being distributed, is used as it is, giving the chocolate a creamy, gentle sweetness that is typical of white chocolate, as well as a subtle cocoa aroma.

The product is available at "Butter Cousin Cafe, Chus," "Butter Cousin Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Store (in Samantha Global Island)," "Butter Cousin x Samantha Thavasa Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi Store," "Samantha Thavasa Sweets & Travel New Chitose Airport Store," and times; Butter's Cousin".
