Mifuyu is a mille-feuille with a perfect balance of pie and filling, filled with ISHIYA's technology and attention to detail. It is the second most popular ISHIYA product after Shiroi Koibito. The limited time flavor "3 Kinds of Berries and Cheese" is a rare cheese mille-feuille with three kinds of berries (strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry) and cheese filling, layered with a crispy pie and coated with white chocolate. This is the first time it has been sold in five years since it was introduced as a new flavor in September 2018.
