Freshness Burger is now offering Thick Silk Butter Fries, which will be available from February 8 through March 15. It can be ordered for an additional 50 yen (tax included) on top of the existing "Hokkaido Fries" single item price.

Freshness Burger has been running a campaign to increase the amount of Hokkaido french fries since January 14, and the campaign has been well received.

It is described as a dish that is crispy on the outside and full of potato flavor on the inside. The Calpis butter, with its mellow aroma and smooth texture that melts like silk on the tongue, is said to go well with the moderate saltiness of the potatoes. The potatoes are "Hokkai Kogane" potatoes harvested at a contract farm in Hokkaido, and are crisped in oil blended with olive oil. The potatoes are cooked to order and served hot.

In addition, until February 27, the campaign includes a 25% increase in the amount of french fries for the R-size, L-size, regular set, and premium set.

In principle, Freshness Burger will be handled at all Freshness Burger locations nationwide, but some are excluded. Zoo and ballpark stores are excluded.
