Kiroufe Bon Ibaraki "Asahi Kanjuro" Tart

Kiroufe Bon presents "Asahi Kanjuro" Tart from Ibaraki Prefecture

JA Ibaraki Asahimura's original brand of sweet potatoes, "Asahi Kanjuro", is grown in the field for 150 days and then stored at a constant temperature to mature, resulting in a sweet taste. In the spring of 2021, Killefevon sold Asahi Kanjuro tart for one month only and it was well received.

The tart will be available for an extended period of time in 2022. The tart will feature the contrast between the rich, moist sweetness of the baked sweet potato, the crunchy texture of the vanilla sable, and the white chocolate crunch with a hint of Guerande salt. It also contains Asahi Amajuro chips, fluffy vanilla cream, and sweet potato paste made with Asahi Amajuro.

It will be sold at Grand Maison Ginza, Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi, Aoyama, Yokohama, Shizuoka, Hamamatsu, Grand Front Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka, and Sendai. Please note that the opening hours of some stores may have been changed to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
