Just in time for the Valentine's Day season, Hotel Chocolat will be offering a limited time "Lovely Raspberry Sundae" made with rich cocoa milk ice cream and luscious raspberries that go well with the rich cocoa milk ice cream at Hotel Chocolat's directly managed stores.

Hotel Chocolat's "Lovely Raspberry Sundae," featuring rich cacao milk ice cream and raspberries that go well with the ice cream, will be available at Hotel Chocolat stores (except Lalaport Fujimi store) for a limited time only, starting January 28. The price is 900 yen (tax included).

Lovely Raspberry Sundae

This sundae is popular every year and appears only during the Valentine's Day period. This year's "Lovely Raspberry Sundae" offers the sweet and sour flavor of lavishly used raspberries and strawberries and the rich taste of chocolates.

The sundae is made with two types of ice cream: Super Milk Chocolate Ice Cream and Ice Cream of the Gods, both made with 65% cocoa. Flavorful raspberry sauce, and sweet and sour raspberry whip and strawberry and raspberry organic chocolate crunch that accentuate the texture. The topping is a special Valentine's Day heart-shaped chocolate with raspberry and peach fruit ganache. The raspberry and 65% cocoa chocolate ice cream are especially good together.
