"Anno Imo and Cacao Sunday" uses milk ice cream from "Ice Cream of the God", which is very popular at Hotel Chocolat. Ice cream made from milk soaked in cacao nibs is characterized by a slightly fragrant cacao aroma and rich milk.

The sticky Anno potato paste is often entwined with the ice cream, and the salty taste of salt caramel whipped cream adds to its gentle sweetness.
