Sauteed Seseri and Vegetables with Miso and Umami Spicy Jjigae Soup Set Meal

In the "Sauteed Seseri and Vegetables with Miso and Umami Spicy Chige Soup Set Meal," chicken "seseri" and vegetables such as cabbage and bean sprouts are mixed with a spicy miso sauce using yuzu kosho (Japanese citron and pepper) and stir-fried at once over high heat using a wok. The vegetables are stir-fried in a wok over high heat, and the crispy vegetables and resilient cicadas are a delight to the palate. You can enjoy the texture of the crunchy vegetables and springy sesame seeds, and the mellow taste of the sauce when you dip it in the attached egg yolk.

The spicy jjigae soup has a spicy taste with the flavor of seafood and the richness of miso. Pork, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and tofu are also added to warm up the body from the core.

The price is 950 yen with egg yolk (tax included, same below), 890 yen without egg yolk.

Set Meal with Meat, Sauteed Seseri and Vegetables with Miso and Delicious Spicy Chige Soup

This is a set meal with double the amount of seseri (rooster) compared to the regular set meal of seseri, stir-fried vegetables with miso and umami spicy chige soup.

It is priced at 1,250 yen with egg yolk and 1,190 yen without egg yolk.

Umami Spicy Chige Soup

A single item, "Umami Spicy Chige Soup," will also be available. The price is 280 yen. If you order any other set meal or bowl of rice, you can also change the miso soup to "Umi-Spicy Chige Soup" for an additional 180 yen.
