PABLO, a freshly baked cheese tart specialty store, will start selling "Freshly Baked Chocolate Cheese Tart" on February 5. This product is made by sandwiching a lot of block chocolate in a chocolate-covered cheese dough and baking it.

Freshly Baked Chocolate Cheese Tart

The "Freshly Baked Chocolate Cheese Tart" is a product made with chocolate-covered cheese dough, filled with blocks of chocolate, and baked. You can enjoy the taste of two different textures of chocolate: the chocolate cheese dough and the cocoa-flavored block chocolate. The chocolate used in this product is couverture chocolate with a high cocoa content of 55%. When chilled in the refrigerator, the dough becomes soft and the original flavor of the chocolate is enhanced. The rich and smooth tasting chocolate cheese tart is available only during the Valentine's Day and White Day seasons.


The freshly baked chocolate cheese tart is priced at 1,200 yen (tax included) and will be available from February 5 to March 14. It will be available at three PABLO stores: AEON MALL Natori, Koshigaya Laketown Mori, and Shinsaibashi Main Store.
