PABLO, a store specializing in freshly baked cheese tarts, will release a new product "High Cacao Mont Blanc" on December 1st, which is a small palm-sized cheese tart "PABLO mini".

Sweets made by squeezing high cacao chocolate cream into a Mont Blanc shape on top of a browned cheese tart. Two types of high cacao chocolate (from Sao Tome Island with a cacao content of about 70% and from Madagascar Island with a cacao content of about 67%) are used for the special cream.


Finished with a snowman and a special Christmas tree pick, it looks like a holiday season. The size is about 6.5 cm in diameter and the price is 300 yen (tax included). Sale until January 31st.
