PABLO mini-Kagoshima Anno potato

A small palm-sized (about 6.5 cm in diameter) cheese tart that is made by pouring cheese cream into a crispy tart dough and baking it. A lot of bean paste using "Anno potato" from Tanegashima, Kagoshima prefecture is squeezed. Anno potatoes with a slightly rich sweetness and cheese tart with a moderate acidity go well together. An autumn-colored cheese tart that allows you to enjoy both Japanese and Western flavors at the same time.
