"Butter's Cousin" is a confectionery jointly developed by Chus and Forest No Ranch. The chocolate flavor of the drink "90 Banana Smoothie (Ninety Banana Smoothie)", which makes use of the non-fat milk (skimmed milk) that is also used as the raw material, will be prepared only in winter.

A whole "Tanabe Farm Banana" from Ecuador, South America, cultivated using organic fertilizer, is used, and a cup of chocolate paste, which is also used for the chocolate taste of butter's cousin, is added. The raw material for the paste is Guatemalan chocolate from the chocolate factory "USHIO CHOCOLATL" in Onomichi, Hiroshima. It is made from cacao cultivated by a farming method called "Agroforestry" that considers the environment of the forest. You can enjoy the rich banana flavor, the thick texture, and the sweetness of the chocolate paste that gives you the flavor of cacao.
