"Northern Land Carbonara" is a pasta salad that uses Biei corn and Kitami red onions, and uses Hokkaido ingredients for pancetta and sauce. It looks gorgeous and features a rich carbonara sauce.
Kitami red onion and red vegetable salad-with seaberry dressing-
"Kitami Red Onion and Red Vegetable Salad ~ Seaberry Dressing ~" is a mixture of Kitami red onion, red beets, apples, and pickles of sour red cabbage with sweet and sour seaberry dressing from Hokkaido. You can also enjoy it with other cut vegetables instead of dressing.
Matsumaezuke-style tofu with bell pumpkin
"Suzu pumpkin Matsumaezuke-style tofu" is an arrangement of bell pumpkin in Matsumaezuke style. Hokkaido is one of the largest producers of kelp used. Matsumaezuke of thick bell pumpkin is entwined with tofu and can be eaten smoothly. You can also enjoy it as a knob.

"Hokkaido specialty Haskap jelly" is a Hokkaido specialty Haskap flavor, and it is sweet and sour and refreshing, so it is suitable for retouching after eating meat.
Bronco Billy's salad bar usually has an additional set price of 396 yen (tax included, same below) for lunch. For dinner and grand menu, you can order "Fresh Salad Bar Uonuma Koshihikari Daikamado Rice" which is a set of bread or rice and corn soup on the main menu for an additional 660 yen. You can also enjoy the "fresh salad bar set" only for the salad bar for an additional 550 yen.
