"Hot and sour soup noodles" is a thick, "sour" ramen that is a combination of black pepper, the spiciness of chili oil, and a lightly salty soup with a sour taste. You can choose from two types of spiciness, the spicy "hot and sour soup" and the numbing spicy "hot and sour soup" to suit your taste.

Bamboo shoots with a crispy texture, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, eggs, shredded green onions, and Japanese mustard spinach are used as ingredients. The color is also vivid, and it is finished in a cup that stirs your appetite. You can enjoy the umami, sourness, spiciness of the soup, the crispy texture of the ingredients, and the smooth and chewy texture of the medium-thick noodles.
