At Chun Shui Tang, the first "hot and sour soup noodles" were released in 2018, and the response was more than expected, so two types of "hot and sour soup noodles" will be released this time.

The standard "hot and sour soup noodles" have a moderately sour taste based on soy sauce, and there are plenty of ingredients such as mushrooms and bean sprouts in addition to the thick egg. Chun Shui Tang's original flat-boiled Chinese noodles kneaded with tapioca powder are used, and you can enjoy the chewy texture. You can also add black vinegar if you like. The price is 900 yen.
