In beer making, hops are generally dried after harvesting to maintain quality, but in "the most squeezed hop draft beer", fresh hops that have just been harvested are the patented technology of Kirin Beer. It is used after being rapidly frozen in a moist raw state. It contains fresh scent components such as green grass and fruits, and is characterized by its floral scent. Alcohol content 5%.

At Kirin Beer, domestic trial cultivation of hops has been carried out for over 100 years, and beer is being made along with the production areas of Japanese hops, and about 70% of Japanese hops are purchased by Kirin Beer.
