This is a special Ichiban Shibori that uses luxuriously the hop "IBUKI" from Tono, Iwate Prefecture, the village of beer. Freshly harvested hops are frozen in a moist, raw state, crushed into small pieces and used to maximize the individuality of seasonal hops. You can enjoy the dignified and gorgeous scent like Daphne flowers. Alcohol content is 5%.
