"Yuzu Butterfly Petty" is a new drink with a beautiful vivid blue gradation reminiscent of "Tanabata / Milky Way". "Butterfly peach tea", which is popular in Taiwan, is a blue herbal tea that changes color. By squeezing the lemon juice just before it is served, you can enjoy a vivid gradation when it arrives at the customer's hand. Kura Sushi uses butterfly pea from a Thai organic certified farm, and the refreshing citrus scent of yuzu sorbet topped and the plump texture of jelly give it a refreshing taste that is perfect for hot summers.
