"Ozaki beef" is raised in the vast nature of Miyazaki prefecture. Only 30 cows are distributed in Japan a month, and it is also called "phantom Japanese beef" because of its rare value. While general beef cattle are shipped 28 months after birth, they are put on the market by a long-term breeding method of 30 to 34 months, so they are characterized by well-balanced high-quality fat and a melting taste.

In "Ozaki Gyudon", among the rare Ozaki beef, "Triangle Rose" and "Classita", which are rare parts boasting the most beautiful marbled meat, are used luxuriously. You can fully enjoy the rich sweetness and umami of lean meat.
