Cacao Hanare "Raw Dorayaki"

At the Japanese chocolate specialty store "Cacao Hanare" (Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture) developed by Maison Cacao, chocolate Japanese sweets "Nama Dorayaki" and "Hanare Monaka" will be on sale from May 29th to commemorate the first anniversary of the opening. At the same time, a new drink "Raw chocolate matcha black honey" is also available.

"Raw Dorayaki" is a moist and fluffy dough that uses the traditional method of mirin, and is sandwiched with plenty of refreshing cream made by adding cacao fruit vinegar and grained bean paste from Hokkaido. Seasonal flavors will also be available in the future. The price is 432 yen (tax included, same below).

"Hanare Monaka" is a combination of three types of tea chocolate cream in a crispy monaka. A lineup of flavors of jasmine tea, matcha tea, and hojicha. The smooth and light chocolate cream from Colombia is luxuriously combined with carefully selected tea leaves from Okuyame, Fukuoka Prefecture. The price is 432 yen each. A box of 4 is 1,944 yen. It will also be on sale at Maison Cacao's NEWoMan Yokohama store, Ofuna Lumine Wing store, Gransta Tokyo store, and Nagoya Takashimaya store for a limited time from May 29th to June 6th.

"Raw chocolate matcha black honey" is a frozen drink that uses refreshing white chocolate and matcha, which is made by grinding the first tea of Fukuoka Yame with a stone mill. A dessert-like raw chocolate parfait drink with black honey as an accent.
